Who you're partnering with

A team of locals, expats, and writers based in Ireland.

Six published writers, every region of Ireland. Locals, journalists, expats, and frequent travelers. Founded in 2013 by Nick Wharton and Dariece Swift.

Your Irish Adventure is not a sponsored-content marketplace. It is run by writers who have lived in Ireland or returned to it for over a decade. The team includes an Irish-born journalist working as a tour guide in Dublin, a Cork-born travel writer published in the Irish Examiner and AFAR, a Maynooth-graduate freelance writer covering the North, and three more regional contributors.

When you work with us, your story is written by someone with first-hand knowledge of the place. That is the editorial standard we hold every guide to, sponsored or not. We disclose every partnership, and we only accept the ones we can put our name on.

What we offer

Six ways to partner.

Custom packages welcome. These are starting points, not menus. Pricing in the media kit.

Sponsored guides

Long-form, in-house written, kept live for the lifetime of the site. Editorial voice, two dofollow links, brand mentions inside the body. Indexed for organic search from day one.

Brand integrations

Placement inside guides that already drive traffic. Hotel feature in our Where-to-Stay archive. Tour add inside a regional roundup. Better reach than a new page from cold.

Social campaigns

Instagram stories and reels, Pinterest pin sets, occasional YouTube placement. 15K Instagram, 3.4K Facebook, growing Pinterest. Bundled with editorial or booked standalone.

Newsletter inclusion

A dedicated section in our subscriber email or a co-branded send. Read by travelers actively planning Ireland trips, not a cold list.

Photography licensing

Field-shot photos from across thirty-two counties. Available for licensing to tourism boards, brand campaigns, and editorial outlets.

Press trips

We attend press trips that fit the editorial scope. Standard deliverables: a long-form write-up, a photo set, and social coverage. We disclose every partnership.

As featured in

Our work runs in some of the biggest publications in the world.

Same editorial standard applies to every guide on Your Irish Adventure, sponsored or not.

How we work

Brief to publish in four steps.

A clear process so both sides know where the project sits and what comes next.

01

Send a brief

Tell us what you want to achieve, the audience you want to reach, and any non-negotiables. The contact form has a Partnerships option.

02

Scope and quote

We come back within two business days with a recommended package, deliverables, timeline, and price. No middleman, you talk directly to one of the founders.

03

Draft and review

A writer with first-hand knowledge of the place writes the piece. You see a draft before it goes live and get one round of feedback.

04

Publish and amplify

The guide goes live with permanent placement. Social and newsletter amplification is scheduled within the same week.

Editorial integrity

What we won't do.

Where we draw the line, in writing.

  • ×No undisclosed sponsored content. Every paid placement is labelled inline.
  • ×No review-for-pay. We will not publish a positive review of a hotel, tour, or restaurant we have not tested.
  • ×No AI-written body copy. Briefs may use AI to scope, but the prose is written by the named author.
  • ×No copy about places no one on the team has been to.
  • ×No exclusivity clauses we cannot honour. If we cannot ship what you need, we say so on the first call.
